2013 Muses Cup Designed by O.Perry Walker Senior

The winner of the 2013 cup artwork contest is Pedro Richard, a senior at O. Perry Walker High School in Algiers. Pedro’s design will appear on the cups thrown in this year’s parade and his school’s art program receives a $1,000 award.
