(available Feb 17-27, 2025 only): Painters and fashion designers may have their muses, but in New Orleans, we have a whole krewe of them, and they’ve asked us to create a cake to celebrate Muses’ 25th anniversary! “The Goddess” features figs and creamy goat cheese, paired with candied orange, thyme, and toasted walnuts: the unmistakable flavors of Greece. “The Goddess” doesn’t compete within the realm of king cakes — she outranks them all!
